Development Supervisor & Power Platform Developer

I lead the day-to-day evolution of a corporate application used across business areas and contribute directly to development when the solution requires it.

Gather needs with the client user and functional analyst; assess feasibility, estimate, prioritize, and distribute work.
Document use cases, perform functional testing, and capture evidence with Azure DevOps Test & Feedback to validate releases and track issues.
Configure Dataverse and Power Platform solutions: tables, columns, environment variables, Power Automate flows, test environments, and production releases.
Manage roles and permissions across Dataverse, SharePoint, and corporate AD groups to align access with each user profile.
Built a reusable Power Apps UX framework with the design team. Trained the development team and YPF stakeholders to drive adoption; I now delegate enhancements and support new team members on its standards and practices.

I’m a software developer with a web development background, currently building enterprise solutions across low-code and traditional development environments.

I enjoy taking ownership beyond the implementation itself: understanding the problem, thinking through the user experience, building reusable solutions, and continuously improving how things are done.

I’m naturally curious and enjoy learning new technologies, experimenting with ideas, and turning them into practical solutions. I use AI as a tool to explore and validate alternatives faster, while remaining accountable for technical decisions, quality, and outcomes.
